This cake was made for my husband's work colleague, Dana. Her mother turned 70...Happy Birthday Marg! Chocolate roses with copper dust and pink buttercream icing. Very Victoriana!

Ahhh - thanks for the sweet post Pauline! The cake was a huge hit with my mom and her friends and family. It was dee-lish-ussssss!
We froze the top 1/2 of the cake and plan to eat it at our Easter feast.
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! Have fun in Hawaii...I saw that you were vacationing on facebook. We are going to Kauai in August for my 30th birthday...can't wait!
